About Me

Monir Said was born in Kabul, Afghanistan, and moved to Canada in 2001 when he was 9 years old. After working at various jobs over the years, Monir decided to pursue his interest in architecture and become a real estate agent in 2019. With over a decade of customer service experience, Monir has learned the importance to be punctual, dedicated, and he is very motivated to achieve customer satisfaction. Learning different skills over the years, Monir understands what it takes to sell your home and what it takes to find your dream home.

Being an introvert, Monir is observant and a great listener; easily learning his client’s needs and wants. Building trust with his clients is very important to Monir who works hard to ensure that his clients are satisfied with their Real Estate selling/buying experience. Having been introduced to different cultures and traditions from a young age has taught him to appreciate and respect the uniqueness of various cultures. Monir speaks Farsi, Hindi, Urdu, and English fluently and enjoys the opportunity to work with many cultures as a Realtor®.

On the personal side, Monir is married, has a one-year-old daughter, and takes care of his elderly parents. Family and friends are extremely important to Monir, and he enjoys spending time with them. Monir loves to read, play board games with family, and is a chess enthusiast.

Monir joined the Ipresale team as a Realtor in 2021, a company that specializes in the marketing and construction of high-end condos.
