We have been selling presale condos since 2005 where we have established relationships with a number of developers and their marketing teams. We use our network to get you Early VIP Access to a number of Presale Projects in Surrey and other Areas in & around Metro Vancouver
How is Ipresale condos different?
Ipresale condos is a buyers focused forum where we take a large number of buyers to developments to get our customers a better deal, great incentives and early access to projects. Unlike other players in the market, We do all the research and negotiating, crunch all the numbers for you and all you have to do is show up with your chequebook.
How can Ipresale condos help me save money?
We are developing programs with Developers and Sales teams where we’ll be able to get our buyers better deals because we take quantity purchase to developments. It’s a win-win situation for both the buyer and the developer.
How much commission do you charge?
$0. When you buy with Ipresalecondos, we charge you nothing. The developer pays us. However, When you sell or assign your presale condo, then we charge you 7% on the first $100,000 plus 2.5% on the remaining balance
How much Experience do you have?
We have 17 years of experience and we have two agents working with us currently. As we grow, we will be hiring and training more agents to ensure a standard of care is set to serve our customers.
